Your right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. To exercise it, tell us clearly (for example, by email to support@fractax.com). You may use the model form below, but it is not required.

We will refund all payments received without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of being informed of your decision, using the same payment method (Polar processes the refund). You will not incur any fees for the refund.
