1. The service

Fractax is a desktop application for Mac, Windows and Linux, offered by Carlos Alberto Gutierrez Vasquez, that lets you work with several digital certificates and check and open the DEHú notifications and communications. By downloading or using it you accept these terms.

2. Plans

• Free: up to 2 certificates of different holders, with one holder swap every 30 days, and all other features.
• Premium: unlimited certificates on up to 3 computers, through a monthly or yearly subscription. The price is shown with VAT included before paying.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it from "Manage subscription". If you cancel or stop paying, the application goes back to Free without deleting anything.

3. Payments

Payments are handled by Polar as merchant of record, which issues the invoice and applies the relevant VAT.

4. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Fractax. You may not decompile, modify or circumvent plan limits, or resell the license.

5. Your responsibility

• You are responsible for the certificates you import and for having their holders' permission when they are not yours.
• Opening a notification in Fractax has the same effects as opening it on the DEHú (it counts as received and the deadline starts). Fractax never opens it on its own: only when you confirm.
• The Large Recipient registration is a DEHú requirement; you do it on its website.
• Keep your master password safe: without it, what Fractax stores encrypted cannot be recovered.

6. Third-party services

Fractax relies on public services (DEHú, government websites) that may change, fail or become unavailable. We are not liable for their interruptions or changes.

7. Warranty and liability

Fractax is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for missed deadlines or notifications. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; we will tell you about important changes.

9. Suggestions

You can send us suggestions from "Help us improve". By sending them you allow us to use them, free of charge, to improve Fractax. We decide which suggestions are built and when.

10. Law and jurisdiction

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence.
