14-day guarantee

If Premium isn't right for you, we refund the full amount if you ask within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions.

How to ask

Write to support@fractax.com from the email you used to buy, or request it from the "Manage subscription" portal. If you prefer, you can use the model withdrawal form. Polar processes the refund to the same payment method; it may take a few days to appear.

After 14 days

You can cancel at any time and won't be charged again; you keep Premium until the end of the period already paid. Periods already paid are not refunded unless required by law.

What happens in the app

After a refund, the license is deactivated and Fractax goes back to Free. Nothing is deleted: your certificates stay where they are.
